Not Worth the effort nor money
He did not give precise answers, which we precisely answered in writing, to the Judge, thereby giving our workers' comp case no creditability. Companies don't have time for appeals. So we just go away with a sick feeling when you know and everybody at work knows that the claim was fraudulent.
