Specifically ignored Maliciously prosecuted cases and allowed clients to be convicted of crimes which he knowingly continued negotiations for Plea Bargaining in cases where blatant lack of evidence should have made him question the merits of the case. Rather than acknowledging that the guidelines of ...a case do not fall within guidelines of the statute, he continues to argue that he just doesn't have the capacity to comprehend anything other than his fear of political backlash. Lazy incompetent should be disbarred.

I know 2 people that have used this lawyer and he did not help them in any way. Not even with defending them which I thought lawyers do?? To anyone needing a good lawyer this isn't the one. Take my word for it I would hire my dog to defend me before I hired this lawyer. If I could have given him zero... stars I would have.

My husband and I hired mr Crain for a dcfs case, he told us that for a small fee of $2500 he would have my child back in my home, 2 months later he quit my case an sd he was gonna need more money to continue. He never kept us informed on anything if he did anything on my case. He is an awefull atty a...nd does not keep you informed on anything he does!

With overwelming evidence and information to secure a win in my case. He drug his feet, allowing an interrogatory to be witheld for 5 months by the defense. Whereas I've learned 30 days is usualy response time.Kept me out of the loop of information that a counter-claim had been filed. Misinformed me ...as to what I needed to do in court. I asked for months why the interrogatory hadnt been returned, excuses. Also, how would this large amount of information be presented to the judge. Don't worry about that we'll get it done. As a reason why the evidence he had in his possesion wasn't presented is because 'I' didnt say anything about it. When an apeal was requested. "Don't do, that give it a while". 36 days later I call with something overwhelming, he says, well your 30 days are up. WHAT 30 DAYS! So I lost due to his inaction, and withholding of legal information that I would have not clue about. I hired him to inform and get my child out of a negative environment and he FAILED!
