Kyla Marie Farler

Kyla is a wizard when it comes to contract review and business law. I am in the process of forming a new corporation and Kyla was extremely diligent and helpful in getting all the paperwork and tax items filled out in the least stressful way possible. She was always available when I had questions and... helped me expedite the process. She also was an enormous help with my contract review and simplified things so much that someone with zero experience in contracts could understand and comprehend the language. She found several items that needed clarification and even counseled in negotiations. Kyla wrote a demand letter to the seller of the home we were purchasing, who had tried to go up on the price after initially agreeing to a lower price to begin with. She followed that up with a new purchase contract that protected us from this happening again. I’m very grateful for her time and dilig...ence on this matter. Mrs. Farler did an excellent job with my divorce. She answered any and all of my questions in a timely manner and made herself available to me anytime I needed her.
