Terri Westbrook Kienlen

Mrs Kienlen was appointed as my public defender. I called her and left a voicemail months prior to my trial date. She never returned my call. Finally, the day before my trial I called twice and left voicemails stating the urgency of my call. Once again, no call back. To my surprise, she did actually ...show up in court and came at me with a ridiculous plea deal that she had worked out with the prosecutor. There is absolutely zero excuse for her negligence in handling my case. Do yourself a favor: If she gets appointed as your public defender, demand a different attorney!! She will not handle your case with any kind of care or compassion. If I was paying my money, there is zero chance that I would retain her services.

Hired her in Sept 2913 for a simple task almost every time we called her voicemail was full. When you finally get to talk all she would say is it will be done by end of the week. That was a LIE. I asked her too give me my money money back she told she would but she hasn't LiKE!!he is now a public... defender for faulkner county For those wondering where she is. I turned her in to the Arkansas Ethics committee If anything h you would think she we would be ashamed of herself but she isn't. NEVER HIRE THIS LAWYER. Your better off finding someone

Hired Terri in June 2012. 1st court date cancelled do to her being sick. found out from judge in court. 2nd court day , was never informed that is was cancelled by defendant, not informed. 3rd court date, Terri never showed. Had to hire another lawyer to get divorce. was divorced within 2 months. ...this was in Sept 2014, she has had 4 addresses t in 2 years. did not contact me and let me know. Do not know where she is today to try and recover part of $1200 I paid her for services not rendered.

way over priced did nothing on my case that I could see when we went to court for custody she would just basically lay down and let the other attorney run over her. the only time I heard anything from her is when she wanted more money she even let me almost miss a court date that she had set for a he...aring and failed to inform me about when ask about it she said she had left me a voice mail the week prior checked my phone records no call from her that week in question. she rarely returned phone calls when I would call to ask an question as far as I can tell with terri she is all smoke and mirrors she will tell you she is going to do this and that with no results what so ever and I put pressure on her to do her job she got an order to recuse herself from my case I only guess because I would call her out on not doing her job so if you want to be ripped off and loose your money and case go with terri kienlen

I hired Terri after firing another lawyer as he did not agree father had rights in a divorce. Terri talked as though she did and talked of how diligent she would work and how she would get lawyers who did not respond in a timely manner. Four months later my divorce was not any further along than wh...en I hired and the $2500 retainer was nonrefundable. I paid for nada. As I wanted to be divorced at some point in the near future I accepted my losses and poor judgement in Terri and have moved on to another lawyer.
