Lee was very knowledgeable about the type of case I had and went right to work to defend me. I had a creditor from almost 10 years ago trying to garnish my wages for over $3,000.00 and if it wasn’t for Lee my employer was going to give it to them. At first I didn’t even know who it was but after Lee’...s research we found out it was a credit card bill. Lee let me know that in these types of cases creditors sell debt off to companies for little money and they try to collect all this fees from the person they are collecting from. What made the situation worse was the original debt was in another state in my maiden name and it was a hassle trying to get original documents. I didn’t even remember if I owed that to the creditor. Lee ended up settling the cases and I didn’t have to pay the creditor anything. I just know it’s probably many people out there that just pay things because they don’t remember and they don’t hire a lawyer. I’m just so thankful for Lee because I would be one of those people that’s being garnished, paying a debt that I don’t remember almost over 10 years ago. I would recommend Lee to anyone I know.
