Kristin Coston Riggan

I hired Kristin Riggan to represent me in my divorce. She was wonderful, caring, and very understanding. She always listed to what I had to say and made the process much easier. Kristin has helped me go throw a divorce and custady battle that has been going on for about two years starting when I was over seas for the military. If I have ever had an issue or problem she had an answer and a solution. Kristin is very, very knowledge and experienced professional. There has never... been a point in time where I have felt uncomfortable or uninformed. She is great at what she does and will do anything to make sure I am not left out in the rain or confused. If something happens in court that I don't understand Kristen goes the Extra mile to exsplan it to me in a simpler way for me to understand. Kristin recently represented me in my divorce. My Husband and I had already agreed on our Separation of Property before I met with her. I actually hired Kristin to just review the Separation of Property papers that my husband 's attorney was hired to prepare, and to give me tax advice concerning the ...property division. She was also hired to review the final decree after my husbands attorney prepared it. Since my husband was the one to file for the divorce, his attorney had been paid to prepare the decree and property paperwork but kept making changes that were not agreed upon earlier, and made the whole process much more difficult than it had to be ! The other attorney ended up asking Kristin to prepare the Property Settlement Agreement and Decree. She did an excellent job getting everything prepared exactly like my husband and I had agreed on earlier. Kristin returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She was very professional with the way she handled everything. She made me feel comfortable dealing with a difficult situation for myself. She was also very fair with the price she charged, especially considering the fact that she did most of the work that she had not been hired to do. I think the best compliment she could have gotten from me, was when I told her, that my husband said that I had definitely hired the better attorney! I hired Kristin because she treated me with respect and showed true concern for for how hard this situation was for me. God sent me in the right direction. Kristin was excellent!
