Current client

I retained Taylor King Law Firm after my auto accident on November 22, 2018 and at first was very pleased with them, as time has continued on my attorney has failed to return phones calls when I've called and left voicemails asking to speak with him as well as have talked to my case manager and asked... her to put a note in that I wanted to speak with him. I am still without any kond of componsation from the accident that was not of any fault of my own it was the ither drivers fault. I have been given the run around having to go back and forth between the case manager who, "doesn't do property damage" as she stated to me on several occasions. As it stands now I wish I was able to hire a different attorney that would actually stay in contact with me, keep me updated and who will actually put in the time and effort to ensure that I received everything in a timely manor to which I have not and we are going on 2mos and still nothing. I most definitely am regretting my decision in hiring this law firm to represent me in my time of need.

My experience with Mr King

My family was in a car accident with a big truck and the insurance company and the trucking firm was pushing me to settle my claim while my wife was still in the hospital. I am from out of state and a nurse told me about Taylor King. The accident happened late at night and I actually called him on ...Saturday morning and he answered the phone right away. I liked that very much. He explained what we were in for and was very good the entire time we dealt with his firm. So many people helped but we knew we could always get a hold of Taylor King if we needed to speak with him, I am just happy he was there for my family when we needed him.
