Replied last February 14, 2014Mychal, I am sorry for the delay in getting your settlement to you. As you know, the first check the insurance company sent had a wrong name as a payee so we had to send it back and request a new check. We try to contact all our clients regularly and all of us are expected to return phone calls and emails the same day they are received. I am sorry if this didn't occur with you every time and appreciate you letting us know.
