Look him up on Arkansas Court Records. He takes so many cases he can't possibly keep them straight. I have called him numerous times and it is a disaster. He has complained my name is the same as someone else. I am sorry but that helps me none. Seems like this is a case mill that focuses on how many ...clients he can get vs the quality of the work done. My case has gone on and on. If you like spending money and spinning your wheels he is the man. I would suggest you look outside Hot Springs for legal representation as it seems the good ole boy system prevails in this town. They don't seem to get in a hurry. It almost as if they are laughing all the way to the bank at their clients expense. When he tells you he has 40-50 cases just like yours going on it doesn't send confidence to the client.

Tyler Tapp helped me in my Child Custody Case and again with a modification. I was extremely pleased with him both times. He knows the law and was prepared for the hearing. Anytime I had a question or concern he was prompt to answer right away or give me a callback. I couldn't imagine hiring another... attorney. I am Thankful he has been there for my family and me.
