When you look for an attorney you look for someone to help guide through the legal sytem and who is knowledgable about your situation, well dont look here! I had to do all the research of the law and the leg work to obtain information from govermental offices and then I still got billed for the work ...I did. He was never aware of what was going on with the court or the opposing counsel, I had to call him most of the time and make him aware something else was being filed by the opposing counsel. The one day we showed up for court he was unprepaired. The thing that was most upsetting was that in court he would not stand up for his clients or defend them or fight for them, he constantly stuttered and was not confident it what he said which gives anyone doubt. He was never dressed great, it seemed as if he was at a bar the night before and came into court with wrinkled and stained clothing from the previous day not dressed to represent someone in the court of law. Too bad I didnt search him on here ahead of time, I could have avoided some major headaches I received. Two times being cited!!! My question is why is he still being allowed to practice law.
