My family hired Mr. Farner on my behalf to represent me after Tim Beckham and Clay Jankse [both public defenders] had made no effort to help me. I was facing the charge of 1st degree battery after I was forced to shoot a man in an act of self-defense who was threating I and my fiancée's life.
