Biography
I represent people hurt in car wrecks, trucking wrecks, and on unsafe property in Arkansas and Texas. That is all I do. We are based in Texarkana, and every case is handled on a contingency fee. You pay no attorney's fee unless we recover.
I grew up in Hope, Arkansas and went to Hope Public Schools and the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts. I earned a political science degree from the University of Arkansas and my law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school I studied comparative international law at Downing College, Cambridge. The law school faculty gave me the Arnold Award for Potential for Excellence as a Trial Attorney. I took the Arkansas bar exam in February 2015, earned the highest score in the state, and was licensed at 22.
I spent my first years in general practice and narrowed the firm to personal injury in 2023. Since then, we have recovered over $20 million in insurance proceeds. (Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome in any future case.)
Governor Asa Hutchinson appointed me to the Arkansas Public Defender Commission. I am a former trustee of the Arkansas Bar Association, on the Board of Governors for the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and am a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the National Association of Premises Liability Attorneys.
I live in Texarkana with my wife and our two children, and I teach Sunday school at my church.

Good honest attorney
