OUTCOME: My clients share was nearly tripled from the last litigated award.

This proceeding involved the allocation of more than $300 million paid to the Copyright Office for the retransmission of cable compulsory licenses. In a royalty distribution proceeding before the Copy ... right Royalty Board (CRB), representing a consortium of religious television program producers, I nearly tripled the award due religious programming.
