Horrible lawyer

Absolute horrible. All she did was talk how easy this estate case should be a “slam dunk“. But all She did cash my two $2500 checks for $5000 total. She showed up to court and never told me that the case was in court at all. Then my brother told me that judge told her to go sit down. Never got any r...epresentation for my part of estate. turns out the judge cannot stand her there in South Arkansas She lost horribly but did not have any trouble cashing my checks immediately after. Never heard anything else from her office or her. Case is still in court 4 years later! I did try to report her to Little Rock Courts to look at her history. Judge said it almost be impossible to do anything to her because there are so few lawyers and judges in South Arkansas, that no one will press charges against her in those small counties, especially in southern Arkansas

The absolute worst !!

This woman is really vindictive. I hired her for an attorney as I was suing against the state. However, little did I know that she works with the state and would do absolutely nothing to help me win my case. She was nothing but a waste of my hard-earned money. How she is not disbarred is beyond me!!!... I wouldn't expect nothing less than that from ARKKKANSAS. I've exhausted every lead way I could and reported her to anybody that I was hoping would listen. Unfortunately I'm not the right race, age, or gender for them to even listen to me as I was treated as if I was absolutely nothing. Then to add insult to injury instead of working cases ... she's on facebook arguing with another young lady exposing all of ones personal business as if she was in the court of law. Again, how she is not disbarred is beyond me!!! She should at least have to pay back money that she basically ROBBED me and many others of. Fortunately, for her, her big blue eyes and blonde hair will always play favor in good ole ARKKKANSAS. Everything and everyone associated with her cases should be under investigation !!!! Please UNDERSTAND that she IS a Fraud. I can't really go into details because 'allegedly' they're working on report against her.

She is very unprofessional and a fraud. I was referred to her back in 2018 when I had a house fire which left my children and I without a place to stay. While going through the process with finding another place to stay and fighting with my insurance company that I had for years about my content cl...aim. I was having a hard time my insurance company. So, I asked around the community did they know of anyone. They preferred me PRISCILLA G. COPELIN said she was a pretty good lawyer. Mannnnn!!! was they wrong. She charged me a retainer fee of 2400. I met with her in Pine Bluff. Waited on her 4 hours just for her to speed talk through the process. When I tell you I called, texted, emailed, and didn't get a reply back until 9 months after she took my money. We finally made an appt to meet. When it was time to meet, she rescheduled to meeting 5 times talking about she was in court. Why would you reschedule an appt when you know you court? A year goes by, and nothing has been done on my case, all she did was send a letter to my insurance company. When it was time for her to respond back, I never heard from her. After many calls ,texted, and emails. She decided she wants to meet with me talking about she needs more money on my case. I told her that the money wasn't a problem but why haven't she responded to any of my messages. She wants to make like she got another phone number, and she don't recall any messages from me. Once I forwarded her all the emails, texts, and calls I made to her. She gone have the nerve to send me a letter talking about she can't represent me no more. She is a crook. she takes your money and that's it. She may help some people but a lot of people are left hanging. I mean a lot.

She is a waste of your time and money!!!!! She took the money I paid her and went on a vacation, claim she had covid when she got back and would only text you whenever she felt like responding. I ask for my money back and she told me she had to had to do some deductions for the "work" she had supposa...bly done for me. I was told I would get a check in the mail. I never recieved that check so she told me to pick it up from her home. What I regret most is not videoing the condition she was in and the conversation we had. She was disheveled and appeared to be on something. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes for her to come from whatever part of the house she was at and when I saw her, she did not look like the same person I remembered. She actually didn't know why I was there. She forgot she told me to come by and I've made a few blank trips to meet her but was put off until further notice. She looked for my case work, which I doubt was never there so she grabbed a notebook to write down what was going on with my case. I told her I was there to pick up a check for my refund and once again she said she would mail it. I never got it so I called and text because she never answers her phone and she proceeds to tell me I owe her money!!! My father also had to have post-dated checks and she continued to cash them when my new lawyer told her not to. So this lady got off with over $5000 and only lifted a finger to text because she'd done nothing else considering my case. And now I hear she's running for judge somewhere.
