I would not recommend obtaining Mr. Allen as counsel. He was extremely overpriced for the limited services he offered. He took offense at any suggestion or recommendation I made for my case. He had limited knowledge in the area of law my case involved and often times he appeared to be in favor of the... person who had filed a frivilous lawsuit against me more than he was in favor of my case and I believe this was because I continued to challenge his representation. I would highly recommend using any other attorney in the Monroe LA area for a civil lawsuit case other than Mr. Allen. On a positive note he was responsive to inquiries I made via email even if I only received an acknowledgement that he received my question. I did consider this an advantage.
