Joseph Trey Odom

Mr. Odom's practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, business litigation, civil litigation, and personal injury. Mr. Odom has secured favorable outcomes for his clients across all sectors involving litigation. As a former insurance defense attorney, Mr. Odom knows how to work with the big insurance companies to best benefit your case and get you the results you deserve.

Mr. Odom received his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University. Mr. Odom received his Juris Doctorate and Graduate Degree in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Odom served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and completed two tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan, earning the rank of a Sergeant while serving in the 1st Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment. Mr. Odom was honorably discharged from service in March 2013.

Mr. Odom is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the Shreveport Bar Association. Mr. Odom enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, fishing, and reading. He always greatly enjoys supporting the La Tech Bulldogs and the LSU Tigers.
