Based in Ruston, Louisiana, Mr. Durrett represents his clients locally and statewide in a broad range of real estate and business transactions, successions and estate planning. Mr. Durrett is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal Courts, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Eastern, Middle, and Western United States District Courts of Louisiana.
Durrett Title, LLC is also a Best Practices Certified title agency. We provide a full range of legal services and title insurance to assist clients with residential and commercial real estate closings. We are available to assist clients with all aspects of real estate transactions, including contract negotiation, property development issues, property management, rights of way, easement and restriction issues, title examination, purchases and sales, leases, financing and real estate litigation.
