There was an extreme lack of communication when consulting with this office. We were first told to call if we had questions or email. There would be weeks to months without any updates and we would even have to contact the office the day before a trial to get information on our case. As a client, a s...imple update would have sufficed. We would be told someone would reach out to us and no one ever would - this carried on for months. We were even told, “you know we can charge you every time you call” when a simple yes or no would have sufficed for the simple questions at hand, and we gladly would have accepted the charges just to hear anything in a timely manner. Hopefully, communication has improved, but at this point I would not recommend this law office.
