We are a law firm that is driven to provide all of our clients with the most favorable outcomes in their cases. Our decades of litigation experience are often one of the most valuable assets in our work. We take the time to review every client’s case to develop a custom-tailored strategy that meets their unique needs. We are not a law firm that offers the same boilerplate representation to every client, and we want to see you succeed in your case as much as you do.
Born in Monroe (1971), Mark attended St. Frederick Catholic High School, before attending University of Louisiana-Monroe where he earned a bachelor's degree in business management, magna cum laude (1993). He then graduated from LSU Law Center in 1996 before returning home to practice with Hudson, Potts, and Bernstein. Mark became a partner in 2002 and opened his own practice in 2011. An accomplished trial and appellate lawyer, Mark has tried to judgment/verdict (first chair) over 170 trials and has navigated over sixty (60) appeals through the various state and federal courts of Louisiana. In recognition of his accomplishments and abilities, Mark was invited to be a member in International Association of Defense Counsel, Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, and American Board of Trial Advocates. Likewise, Mark's peers have recognized him as a Martindale-Hubbell "AV" Preeminent Peer Review Rated Trial Attorney.

Suspension with Probation issued in LA, 2023
updated on 06/26/2024This type of suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time, and must meet State ordered requirements. While on probation, the State monitors the lawyer's activities in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“The suspension stemmed from an altercation and dispute between Mr. Neal and a friend.”
