Ronald Chaz Coleman

Chaz Coleman is of counsel with the firm and specializes in commercial litigation, insurance disputes, successions, as well as mergers and acquisitions. As a professional, Chaz was recognized as a Louisiana Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2022-2023. Chaz was also named one of Shreveport-Bossier’s Top Attorneys by SB Magazine for 2022-2023. Chaz’s background as both a litigation attorney and a transactional attorney make him uniquely qualified to handle a variety of legal matters.

Chaz received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology. from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2014. He graduated with his law degree from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in Baton Rouge in 2018. While attending Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Chaz was the Season-Ranking National Champion of the International Public Debate Association. While obtaining his law degree, he was selected to join the national honorary organization, The Order of the Barristers in 2018. During his time in law school, Chaz served on the board for Moot Court and Trial Advocacy and won the Ira S. Flory Mock Trial Competition. Chaz also served as the Editor-in-Chief for the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources.
