Atty. Jeremy Babers is an amazing lawyer. I hired him for an adoption. He was available when I needed him, gave me a phone call back promptly and was always professional. I am very appreciative. Most of all, he was both affordable and competent and my child is happy and glad to have that part of our ...lives behind us! We will be forever grateful!

This Lawyer is the worst lawyer and firm to deal with. He does not respond to emails or phone calls. He will not schedule a time to speak, rather a window in which you have to be available and wait for his call. Emails go unanswered. Will not review your case and is not prepared for court. His assist...ants lie and do not file paper work and lose paperwork.

I spent every penny i had hiring him. He refused to meet with me in person, said he would call me and never would, filed my divorce paper work wrong, forgot that my year waiting period was up in january, lied to me constantly, and on top of that he did not want to fight for my kids at all. Not to... mention he refused to proceed in the case the way that i wanted to. DO NOT EVER USE HIM!!!!!!!

We hired Mr. Babers to represent my husband and I for our criminal defense cases and to represent me in a custody case. He said he would do all three. I was never able to get in touch with him and none of my correspondence emails were ever answered nor were phone calls returned. There was no communic...ation whatsoever and I was not informed that he would be late for the first custody court date. I was also not informed that I did not have to accept what the lawyers had come to as an agreement which resulted in my ex keeping ex parte custody of my kids (who before this he had supervised visitation with and who had never even spent the night with him). The purpose of that court date was to prove why what my ex was asking for should not happen and that what he was saying was not true. After our first court date for custody, he informed us that he wasn’t going to represent my husband. This was two weeks before our other court date. We then had to scramble to find another lawyer to represent him and went ahead and fired Mr. Babers since the other lawyer was taking all three. That meant more money to the new lawyer for them to handle everything that Babers said he would. He is refusing to return any money paid for services he did not provide. And he also charged for several things after the date that he was fired.
