Ralph S Bowie Jr

Scott Bowie has a bachelor degree in chemical engineering, a bachelor degree in accounting, a master's degree in business administration, and a law degree.  He worked in the chemical industry as a process engineer for seven years before attending law school, and he is a licensed professional chemical engineer.  He has practiced law since 1983.  He is a board certified business bankruptcy specialist and a board certified consumer bankruptcy specialist by both the Louisiana Bar Association Board of Legal Specializatoin and the American Board of Certification.  He represent debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters and in state courts. He has represented individuals and companies in chapter 7, chapter 11, and chapter 13 bankrutpcy cases.  He represents plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice claims.  He represents business clients in incorporaiton and in business litigation.
