My practice primarily involves business and tort litigation. I have represented both individuals and companies concerning a wide variety of matters, including construction, contract, energy and natural resources, insurance coverage and product liability. I have significant, multi-jurisdictional trial and appellate experience and is admitted to practice in Louisiana, Alabama and Georgia. I graduated from Louisiana State University in 1986 and from the University of Alabama, School of Law in 1991. I was Lead Articles Editor for the Alabama Law Review and was a member of The Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society. I have served as Law Clerk/Staff Attorney to the Honorable Alva Hugh Maddox, Senior Justice, The Supreme Court of Alabama, have worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia in the Civil Rights Division, and have been in private practice for over 15 years.
