I called Justin about a traffic ticket. I had to do this once before (different lawyer) about 12 years ago in another city, so I had an expectation of how things would go. Justin exceeded those expectations. He was clear and upfront about the process, made sure all of my questions were handled, and e...ven got the case dismissed (rather than reduced, which is normally all that can be expected). While much of that may have to do with the context, the point is that he didn't fight for the minimum acceptable outcome (a reduction), but tried, and succeeded, in getting the whole thing dropped so that there was no further out-of-pocket expense (like court costs or a non-moving fine).

I hired Justin for a traffic violation. I'd never had so much as a speeding ticket in my life, but we all make a mistake here and there. That morning, I got ticketed for it. I was obviously very distressed over it, never been in the situation before, didn't know what was going to happen, etc. When I ...spoke to Justin, he was very understanding of my situation and was able to give me some peace of mind, just knowing I had someone who would help. And did he ever! I paid my court cost this morning and my charges were dismissed. Thank you for your help, Justin. Much appreciated.
