Citation

I had an accident on my motorcycle and was given a citation for careless operation. I called and consulted with Justin because of some additional concerns. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful during our conversation. He gave me all the information needed. I decided to hire him ...to handle this for me. He told me everything I needed to do prior to my court appearance date. I completed everything and he took care of the rest. Throughout this process he was very prompt in responding and communicating all aspects. I would highly recommend his services if ever in need.

CDL Moving Violation

Justin was great! He exceeded our expectation!!! Justin was able to reduce a 25 mile over the speed limit citation to a non-moving violation. The process was straight to the point. I couldn’t have picked a better attorney!!! Excellent!!!!

Handled it all

Justin did a great job representing me for some moving violations that I received. One was dismissed and the others reduced to a minor nongmoving violation. I couldn't have done this on my own and he went to court for me so I didn't have to take off work. I would highly recommend Justin for any of y...our legal needs.

Case dismissed

I called Justin about a traffic ticket. I had to do this once before (different lawyer) about 12 years ago in another city, so I had an expectation of how things would go. Justin exceeded those expectations. He was clear and upfront about the process, made sure all of my questions were handled, and e...ven got the case dismissed (rather than reduced, which is normally all that can be expected). While much of that may have to do with the context, the point is that he didn't fight for the minimum acceptable outcome (a reduction), but tried, and succeeded, in getting the whole thing dropped so that there was no further out-of-pocket expense (like court costs or a non-moving fine).
