Kaila M Hutchison

Beware of Kaila Hutchinson, she scammed me out of $450 and has yet to reimburse me for work she never done. I paid her $350 retainer fee for 2 cases to expunged and also mailed her my paperwork for my cases. She also charged me $150 for legal advice for my child custody case but never answered the ph...one after. Her excuse was that I needed to pay her more money but never did any work for the previous payments. Ms. Hutchinson tried to scam me out of another $250 the day of the Zulu Ball in which I denied her due to seeing the pattern of her being money hungry. I confronted her about it and she proceeded to block me and tried using an excuse that didn’t justify why she hasn’t done any work pertaining to my cases or answer my phone calls for legal advice. She scammed me and proceeded to go on vacation with my money and dodged my phone calls because she wanted me to pay her more upfront money for no apparent reason. If I could I would give her no stars and I’m trying to figure out how to report her to the bar for scamming me. I would not recommend her and you would be better off hiring a public defender.
