I STARTED PRACTICING WHEN I BELIEVE LAWYERS WERE WELL RESPECTED AND THOUGH REPRESENTING DIFFERING POSITIONS STILL WORKED FAIRLY WITH EACH OTHER. I STILL TRY TO PRACTICE THAT THOUGH THERE MAY BE TWO SIDES IN LEGAL MATTERS, THAT DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN THAT THERE MUST BE PROTRACTED LITIGATION. IN THE END, I AM THE LAWYER AND THE CLIENT IS MY EMPLOYER. WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER TO DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THE CLIENT. I TRY TO LET THAT VIEW OF JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS GUIDE ME IN MY PRACTICE.
