Biography
Greetings. Originally from Delhi, Louisiana, Baton Rouge has served as my home since 1997. I attended LSU in 1997 and received my Bachelors in Political Science. Thereafter, I attended Southern University Law Center and received my Juris Doctorate. I have served as a law clerk (staff attorney) in the civil district court and juvenile court in Baton Rouge, where I gained invaluable knowledge about various areas of law.
My practice includes adoptions, personal injury (including but not limited to automobile accidents and slip and fall cases) and successions ( estate planning). I have completed over 200 adoptions (private, agency, intra-family and recognition of foreign decree). I have also secured multiple 5 and 6 figure settlements for my personal injury clients.
My goal with my practice is to help people, whether by forming a happy family (adoption), helping my clients navigate the legal system during a difficult time (succession) or securing adequate compensation for a wrong that they have suffered. In my practice, I pride myself on 3 things: knowledge, results and phenomenal customer service. I am always in constant communication with my clients, keeping them up to speed with the status of their case. I am a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
I enjoy watching sports, traveling, fishing and eating. Looking forward to helping you.
