First of all I want to say thanks for everything Mrs. Annebelle. I really appreciate the way you handled my case. You were not just a attorney but you were someone that cared and wanted to see the best outcome from my injuries. I know I was a bit overwhelming but you encouraged me to hang on in ther...e. Made everything so easy for me. I really appreciate that he always spoke with me personally, rather than having his assistant do everything. He’s someone that will sit down and explain everything to you and not just mail you a bunch of legal paperwork to sign and assume you understand it. I never sig...ned or filled out anything that I didn’t understand. Also – easy to get a hold of and prompt in returning calls and emails. I never had to run around town to obtain documents or records like a previous experience that I had. And most importantly – results! I was in a very serious auto accident and didn't know where to turn to for representation. A friend recommended Richard Zimmerman, and the first time I talked to him, I knew I had found my attorney. Mr. Zimmerman and Jana kept me apprised of all the updates on my case and made sure I was taken care o...f. He and Jana made things as stress free and easy as they could have. Richie was always more than happy to answer any questions I had and he made himself very easy to reach. While my case took a few years to get trial, I couldn't have asked for a better team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney. Hopefully I'll never need Mr. Zimmerman's services again, but I can rest easy knowing that he's on my side.
