lisa prater bailey took part of my payment and returned part in an effort i assume to protect herself from lsba backlash. she fought against every bit of info i gave her and evidence i tried giving her. it became very apparent she was working for my ex and not for me. i have every email she and i sha...red back and forth and its clear if you read them all that she was working for my ex wife and not for me. it was only after i fired her did i look at the lsba client and attorney expectations did i find out so much that she was doing to me was against her expectations as an attorney and against the law! i plan on suing her. i have attorney ethical conduct complaints for the Louisiana attorney disciplinary board, office of the disciplinary counsel on sherwood forest blvd. the things she violated were but not limited to attorney negligence-breach of an attorneys professional duties. inadequate discovery and investigation. failure to obtain consent or inform consent. made me sign something i did not want to sign under duress. failure to fully inform me of consequences of certain actions or impact on my life and or my children's lives. failure to present evidence provided by her client. failure to know or apply the law to my case. several attorneys have done this but she did the most to damage my case and hurt me and my children. after i get done getting my sons back im going after her. any help with this process would be appreciated. she does not deserve to practice law in this state. my name is chaz morgan. im a world champion mma fighter and im part of the fathers rights movement. my youtube channel is Godson34us and anyone needing more info on here can look me up on facebook or ig or youtube and i can provide whatever is needed. got no reason to lie about anyone so try me
