My lemon law case ended up settling 1.5 years after Drew took my case. He allowed lots of time to pass between filing motions etc. not only did he let time pass, he didn’t bother updating me. He spent much time researching relevant past cases, and even seemed to surprise the Judge with his thoroughness. Thanks solely to the efforts of Mr. Nordgren, the Judge awarded me a sizable amount. I purchased a new vehicle that had a defective moon roof that allowed substantial amount of water to leak into the passenger compartment. The dealership attempted multiple times to repair the vehicle with no success. I made a request to the manufacturer of the vehicle to repurchase and/or replace m...y vehicle and was told by their customer service team that my request was denied. When I inquired as to their reasoning - I was told that I would have to figure that out on my own. This response made it clear to me that the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) was not looking out for my interest. It was also clear to me that navigating an acceptable resolution on my own was a low probability. As a result, I reviewed my situation with Mr. Drew Nordgren and he was of the opinion that I had provided the manufacturer with sufficient opportunity to repair the defect. After learning more about his professional background and discussing the professional fees required to represent me, I made a decision to hire Mr. Nordgren to represent my interest.
