Ms. Richard seemed completely unengaged during the process of helping us change and update an existing will. She was not forthcoming at all with legal guidance, even when asked of her, and she seems to lack expertise in this area of law. My husband and I ended up researching our areas of need and I e...nded up editing the will myself and even drafting sections for her review. Even then, after we sent her drafts, she often went into radio silence only got back to us after several reminders. Then at the end she sent us an outrageously high bill, that we were eventually able to get reduced to an amount that was still way too expensive, especially given her lack of helpfulness and expertise.
