This is not a legal defense team.
Proving allegations false can be very challenging and often necessitates strong legal representation, as it involves gathering evidence, identifying inconsistencies in the accuser's statements, and presenting a compelling defense to counter the claims made against you; a skilled lawyer can navigate t...he complexities of the legal system and help build a robust case to establish your innocence. This is what we thought when we hired Rozas for strong legal defense. The most important piece of evidence was Walmart video footage which Rozas obtained. After the first continuance I was told by Shea that there is 65 hours of video footage they are reviewing. But, don't worry we are friends with the DA in Ascension Parish so we hired the best law firm. In the meantime the accuser is making statements to family court in a different Parish and presented a video of after the fact. The first part of the video was deleted. The part when he assaulted her first. That video got deleted when the possibility of it being used in criminal court. Can't do nothing about that. We tried to get a restraining order prior to the incident after he busted into her home and we had the sheriff called. He told us, and put it in the police report that she needed a restraining order. She was denied the restraining order. The accuser claimed she was acting crazy all day. No phone records were reviewed to see who was calling who all day. After the next continuance Eric tells her to let the accuser have more property he wanted but didn't get it in the divorce. This might make him happy and he will drop the charges. Again, she was told by Eric, don't worry we are friends with the DA, we go to the same church. After realizing that we didn't hire a strong defense team. We hired a good old boy system I hired a PI to start gathering evidence because that's what is needed when falsely accused. In the meantime, there is another hearing and they convinced her to plead down because she admitted to slapping him. Walmart video footage would have shown his assault on her first. But, we were told they could not see anything on the video footage. I then receive the video footage Rozas had from the PI. The video footage was not from the day of the incident. The footage Rozas could not see anything in was from Thursday Oct. 26, not Friday Aug. 4. This is a strong legal defense team. Nothing was done to prove the false allegations or the assault on her that caused her to slap him. She told the truth when the police showed up. She admitted to slapping him and that she was going to jail. That's what an abused person does, they take the blame. There was proof of the domestic abuse by him for years. He also had a previous conviction of domestic abuse. He told her he would Parish her, and with the help of our strong legal defense team aiding him, he did just that. Thank God for the good old boy system. This is the best legal defense in Baton Rouge if charged with a crime in Ascension Parish because they are the only law firm where everyone is friends with the DA.
