Benjamin B Treuting

Benjamin B. Treuting, an associate attorney at Palmintier Law Group, has deep Louisiana roots. Growing up in Marksville, he completed his high school education at Holy Savior Menard Central High School in Alexandria, Louisiana, in 2007. His academic journey led him to Louisiana State University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree.

Benjamin's dedication to the legal field blossomed during his pursuit of a Juris Doctorate and Diploma in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, culminating in his admission to the Louisiana Bar in 2015. Throughout his career, Benjamin has remained passionately committed to advocacy, with a strong focus on meeting his clients' needs. At Palmintier Law Group, he is recognized for his diligent and zealous representation, consistently advancing the interests of those he serves.

Within the legal community, Benjamin is an active member of respected organizations, including the Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, and the Dean Henry George McMahon Inn of Court. His legal practice extends to all Louisiana State Courts, including the Louisiana Supreme Court, and he is admitted to all United States Federal District Courts in Louisiana.

Outside of his legal work, Benjamin is dedicated to community service. He plays a vital role in the annual Baton Rouge Bar Association Belly Up with the Bar event, a charitable initiative supporting the Baton Rouge Bar Foundation's Youth Education Program.

During his leisure time, he finds great joy in spending quality moments with his wife and three beautiful children, wholeheartedly supporting the LSU Tigers, and enjoying an occasional round of golf. Benjamin's well-rounded approach to life reflects his unwavering commitment to family, community, and professional excellence.
