Extremely Disappointed! We first saw her for child support issues. After hearing our situation she then lead us in the direction of fighting for custody and mentioned we had a pretty good shot of winning. She was all on board up until the DAY OF the court hearing and then wanted to go a different dir...ection because she now thought we didn't have a shot. LOTS of time and money was wasted for absolutely nothing. We got nothing but stress and never even got a court hearing. She was also always late to almost every thing we did have going on. I feel like she prayed on our emotions of getting better for our child and she knew my husband had a good paying job. STAY AWAY AND READ REVIEWS ON HER. OTHER PEOPLE SAY THE SAME.

My husband and I retained Melissa 11 months ago. We were fairly happy with her, though we did find her a somewhat disorganized and not punctual. We ended terminating services with her because in those 11 months not even half of what we retained her for was even attempted. Melissa depends heavily on h...er office staff. They however never seem to know her schedule, where she is with your case, and can't follow up on anything or return a phone call. The girls attitudes are very disinterested and uncaring. Most of the issues we retained Melissa for were time sensitive, and nothing was filed. She said she would have her staff contact us, they never did. We were the squeaky wheel, calling at least weekly for updates and getting nothing. The last two emails we sent Melissa never got a response. When we notified the staff all they would say is that Melissa is very busy, that was always their answer for everything. The two items that Melissa did attend to for us went well, and she is great in the courtroom. She really needs a better staff.
