Rob was recommended to me by another attorney & I have no idea why. Well it’s 3 years later & my case is STILL going on & no doctors want to see me now because it’s “been too long since the wreck”. In the 3 years I’ve talked to him only 3 times, never would answer the phone & it was the most stressfu...l situation of my life trying to figure out doctors appointments & what I should be doing on my own when I’m a young girl in my early 20’s who’s never had a lawsuit in her life much less a neck injury from a wreck. My first doctors appointment I had to take off of work for, & I get there for them to tell me they never got the payment from Rob so I wait two hours while they are trying to call him multiple times & no answer. Its sad when multiple doctors at multiple different places told me I needed to fire him. After that he decided to go with Medicaid so it would be cheaper & left me on my own to find a Neurosurgeon that would accept it. Most people know how much of a nightmare dealing with medicaid is. After MONTHS of nonstop calls & having to show up to hospitals to try to find someone, they tell me the only one is 4 hours away from me so now I’m driving a total of 8 hours for these doctors appointments. Meeting with the medicaid doctors was a nightmare in itself as they had their own issues. Finally I fired him & hired a new lawyer, or tried too. I sent multiple emails & certified letters stating I was firing him & that I need my case file . These letters I have proof he received because he signed for them & NO response from him. My new lawyer reached out multiple times with no response. Finally MONTHS later he calls saying “his mail wasn’t being delivered” which we know is BS because we have the receipts with his signature. Now I’m struggling with finishing the lawsuit since no doctors want to relate my injury to the wreck now because Rob took so long & really screwed me over with this. If I could stop anybody from going through what I did the last few years then I would be happy.

After taking my case and a couple months they never returned my calls even though I call at least 3 times a week for a month I get a letter from them saying they couldn't handle the case. No explanation or anything. So for a few months I thought my case was being handled properly only to find out t...hey did nothing I was told they would do. And they were highly recommended. I personally do not recommend them based on my experience.
