Henry Clay Ward III

I worked with Mr. Ward for several years defending my company in very complex litigation concerning compensation and statutory construction issues. Mr. Ward was very informed, easy to deal with, had intelligent and creative ideas, and worked with me to devise very effective strategies. He kept me i...nformed on the status of the case and on proposed legislation to deal with the litigated issues, quickly responded to my requests, and protected the interests of my company. He was quite effective at hearings before the judges and very effective writing motions and briefs. His only downside was that he was not always in his office early in the morning, although he was generally available later into the evening.
