Biography
I have been actively practicing law for 40 years. My primary area of practice is bankrutpcy and business law. I have represented clients in Chapter 7 Liquidation cases, Chapter 13 Consumer Reorganization cases, Chapter 12 Farm cases, and Chapter 11 Business Reorganization cases throughout those 40 years. I represent debtors and creditors.
I graduated from McNeese State University with a B.S. in Economics and LSU Law School with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. I have been married for 47 years with three grown children and five grandchildren. I am a vetran of the United States Army and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in 1973. I was discharged from the Army with the rank of 1st Lieutenant in 1975.
