Paula Boagni Bertuccini

I hired this attorney for my divorce and property settlement. Information that I requested remain private was not kept private between this attorney and I. I fired her as my attorney because of things like this. I was given little to no feedback on questions I had about my property settlement and ...if she did , at times I was made to feel as though I was putting her out. I am sorry I ever chose to be represented by this attorney. When I asked for my refund and my file, she gave me the run around for a few weeks. Finally I had to call and then go in to the office and demand my refund. This became very frustrating and extremely uncomfortable. At one point I was told my refund was mailed to my new attorney which it was never shared with her office who my new council was. I do not recommend this attorney to anyone, very unprofessional and inconsistent!

I came from a previous lawyer before someone recommended Paula to me where I had to wait a week to speak to and if I missed his call, had to wait again. About 50% was done & I had spent about 15k for the year 1/2 he represented me. The culture of the Bertuccini law firm was the complete opposite & ...a relief both emotionally & financially. I don't think I ever waited more than 24 hours to hear back from Paula, or anyone else on her team. Her paralegal, Karen, is just as prompt & helpful. I felt that the entire team cares about your case & most importantly, your children. Paula helped me get what I needed done three times as quick as my previous lawyer. I had learned ways to save money in the process (running my own filings to the clerk of court, making my own copies at library, etc...), requested that I be allowed to do so in the beginning & the office staff was always good at remembering that & even reminding me what I could do on my own. When all efforts to protect my children were exhausted, I was quickly & promptly refunded what was left in my trust. I would recommend Paula for your family divorce & custody issues. She also understands personally as a parent what you are going through.

Paula is an amazing lawyer. After having 2 lawyer's that didn't help my case at all, Paula took over and WOW... her thoughtfulness, knowledge, guidance and understanding was more than I could ask for. She stood by my side, not only as my lawyer but like a friend. She truly cares for her clients an...d any question I had was answered quickly. I would 100% recommend Paula Bertuccini for any type of family law case.

I would hire Ms. Boagni Bertuccini in the future should I need an attorney, as well as recommend her to my close family and friends.

I hired this lawyer for a simple divorce case. I couldn't reach her by phone for weeks on end. She performed none of the tasks I asked to be done. She was termanated as my attorney having accomplished nothing. I told this attorney that I would need my retainer minus her fees returned ASAP as I would ...need to hire another attorney. She kept $2,000 of my retainer and then after 3 weeks of constant requests for my refund, she sent the remainder of my retainer as well as a CD containing my entire case for my new attorney to my ex-wife. I am still waiting for a response from this firm as to why she did this.
