Attorney Thibeaux focuses on accident injury cases, such as motor vehicle accidents (car, commercial truck, motorcycles, and buses), slip-and-fall injuries, catastrophic injuries (burns, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord damage), and wrongful death.

A lifelong Lafayette resident, Attorney Thibeaux attended Northside High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He earned his law degree from Southern University Law Center in 2002 and was admitted to practice law that same year. Attorney Thibeaux’s legal background includes real estate, successions, corporate law, criminal defense, and criminal prosecution. He is a member of ALTA (the American Land Title Association) and the Louisiana Land Title Association.

Outside of his law practice hours, Attorney Thibeaux serves his fellow citizens in several ways. He is also the Senior Pastor of Philadelphia Christian Church, a vibrant ministry in the Lafayette metropolitan area. The church and its congregation are proud to help the community, such as regularly providing food and clothing to the homeless and less fortunate as well as participating in the annual Feed The Block Campaign.

Attorney Thibeaux has been married to his lovely wife, Chantelle Daniel Thibeaux, since 2000 and is the father to daughters Grace and Annalise and son Omar.
