John Derek Aswell

Derek is with Broussard and David Law Firm. I was involved in an on the job injury accident and was referred to this firm. From the very start to the very end derek took my case head on and cut straight to the mustard with me on what he could do and could not do and what he would surely fight to try ...and do. I must say that in the end I am pleased to say God used him in a mighty way to have me leave his office with a joyful heart! My family and I are so pleased with what Derek has retrieved and delivered unto us to begin getting my life back on track. He even cut a % of his earnings to assure I got EXACTLY what he said i'd get!!!! Top it off, upon leaving his office for the final meeting instead of me reaching to him, he looked directly into my eyes, told me he loved me, reached out and hugged me and wished God's best upon me!
