Sean Michael McAllister

Sean McAllister is an associate at the Firm, primarily practicing in the areas of Trucking and Transportation, Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Family Law and Personal Injury.

Sean has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of personal injury lawsuits, including those involving auto/truck accidents, maritime law, workers’ compensation issues, employment disputes, civil rights violations, premises liability and product liability matters. As a practicing attorney, he has also litigated cases dealing with family law, criminal law and consumer/debtor law.

A native of New Orleans, Sean received his B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2010 followed by his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2014. He was named to his law school’s Chancellor’s List in the fall of 2011 and participated in various moot court competitions in 2013 and 2014. He became licensed to practice law throughout the state of Louisiana in October of 2014 and won his first trial only three months later, an employment and contract dispute in Iberia Parish. He is licensed to practice before all state courts throughout Louisiana and before the federal courts in the Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana.

Sean is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Louisiana State Bar Association and presently resides in Metairie.
