Wish I never chose this firm over another one who reached out to me regarding the ecodiesel settlement. I filled out the initial forms then kept getting emails from his assistant saying I was missing documents that I was never asked for. It became overwhelming. After submitting all but one document I... received a DocuSign telling me to sign a motion to void the agreement citing “Outdated” and I never heard from them again. No returned emails or phone calls, just dismissed and ignored. Hoping now that opting out of the class action settlement didn’t void me from it. Thanks so much for wasting my time.

We did two VW vehicle diesel emission settlement with Mr. Dalton. one of the vehicle had ac problem and i asked him since we will be returning this vehicle to VW can he get me the cost of the repair $1500 reimburse? he said yes go ahead and repair it and send the invoice to his office. which i did. A...fter almost time of the settlement i asked why the $1500 was not included. he said "it was not of the agreement". i was devastated because he not only lied to me but cheated me with $1500. I do have all paper trails, text messages,chat log and emails as well to prove my communications.
