I fell ill and was unable to work for an extended period of time, and my family lost everything. Once I was on the road to recovery, I turned to this man for help with the chapter 7 bankruptcy process. I paid in full almost $1300.00 for the bankruptcy, after which I moved out of state and was unable ...to complete the process. I contacted Thomas and he assured me I would be refunded the unused portion of the money I paid. He asked me to email him all my information so he could process the refund, I never heard from him again. He would not return any of my calls or emails. I needed that money to pay for the bankruptcy in the state I had moved to. His refusal to give me the money he had agreed to refund me left me unable to file until I was able to save up the money to refile and stop the garnishment process I was facing. Bankruptcy is a very stressful and expensive thing to have to go through for a person or family, and for a trusted lawyer to take advantage of someone who is obviously not in a position to lose anymore is shameful. Poor excuse for a human being.
