Jane Capritto Alvarez

I am a lifelong resident of New Orleans. I attended Benjamin Franklin Senior High School, graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and returned home to attend Loyola Law School. After graduating, I represented a wide variety of clients in many different legal situations. During my years of practice, I was exposed to a broad spectrum of legal issues that arise in succession-related matters. I enjoy working with clients and helping them through an often challenging time. I understand the complications that come with the death of a loved one and the stress of having to deal with these issues while still grieving. I also know the importance of taking the time to understand a client’s unique circumstances, the personalities of the people involved, and their family dynamic, all of which play a role in the succession process.

Family has always been important to me. When I am not in the office I am spending time with my husband and our three sons, socializing with friends, volunteering, cooking, or walking our dogs.
