This Lawyer was assigned by the Public Defenders office to represent a family member. He did NOT do his best to make sure client was assured the same fair trial & proceedings everyone has a right to, despite how much money they have. He treated client as if client was not important. He did NOT repres...ent client to the best of his ability, (due to not being paid as much as he would be if he had been hired). Mr Burke did not do everything in his power to prove clients innocence. Mr Burke is as ineffective as counsel as I have ever seen. If you have money, you MIGHT get represented properly by Mr Burke if you do not, you will get a very LOW quality defense!
