Hannah Elizabeth Roberts

As an Associate Attorney at Morrison Law Group PLC, Hannah helps Louisiana families with trust funding, estate planning, and succession matters to ensure their plans work as intended. She assists clients with transferring assets such as real estate, investments, and business interests into their trusts, and provides guidance in trust administration to help trustees carry out their duties with confidence. Hannah also supports the firm’s wealth planning services, working closely with clients to align their planning with long-term financial goals. Known for her attention to detail, she gives families peace of mind that nothing has been overlooked.

Hannah was born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania and earned her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a minor in Education Public Policy from Penn State University. She later moved to Florida to attend Ave Maria School of Law, where she served as Vice President of Operations for the Moot Court Board and clerked for a local estate planning firm. During her third year, a Federal Taxation course sparked her passion for tax law and estate planning, shaping the path of her legal career. After graduating, she and her husband relocated to Louisiana, where she worked for two years at a premier tax resolution firm before joining Morrison Law Group. She is licensed to practice law in Louisiana.

Outside the office, Hannah and her husband live in Abita Springs with their two children and are active in their faith community. She enjoys painting, cooking, and spending time with her family. She also has a unique hobby—beekeeping—and loves sharing what she’s learned about the art of caring for bees.
