You can file for custody yourself or depend on CPS. There is no third option.

Yes, you need to count on drug testing for every court appearance until this case is resolved. You are going to need a lawyer.

You need to hire a new attorney immediately to finalize 1st divorce. Then remarry 2d spouse.

FIfthteen years ago there was suppose to be a divorce judgement . since then in 2008. But it was not signed by judge.

Call the Clerk of Court for the Parish that issued custody judgment and find out if they have divorce judgment. If not, call your lawyer...
