Since it's a state case, call your case worker. Only she will know what the problem is.
My ex has wage garnishment and I am not receiving it. I recieved a payment last month but nothing this month.

You can file contempt. But I doubt it will be sufficient to change custody. However you should be asking your attorney

Possession is a misdemeanor, not a traffic ticket. You or your attorney has to go to court.
