Your nephew can be revoked and end up in prison and your grandson can be taken from you. Really bad idea.
In the state of Louisiana is it against the law for a sex offender to live in the same household with his family members

Yes, but any extended family member can seek custody on those grounds.

Your only option is to interdiction her for substance abuse, which you can do. Hire a family law attorney.

You need to hire a custody lawyer to file to modify custody. At age 15 the deputies will probably return her to her father.

No. If you marry someone later, your husband can adopt and the name can be changed. Otherwise you need the biological father's consent.
